I recently started juicing and it has been awful. That's right, AWFUL! I went to the store and purchased all of these fruit and veggies thinking this was going to be FUN and EXCITING! Why I thought those descriptive words is beyond me.
I'll be real honest here and tell you it is NOT for everyone. Also it does NOT taste delicious. Depending on what you mix it ranges from okay to eating lawn clippings. It's drastic and outrageous. But... It's working. Since I have started I have lost ten pounds in a week. I was feeling like major crud so I changed to one meal a day and two juices. That way I was actually eating a healthy meal once a day.
